Coffee and cream mixture first thing each morning. Green hot tea all am. Meal time chilled H20 Afternoons, Smooth Move(helps the bowels) tea with green tea. If I want something fresh and cold, I brew hibiscus tea(chill), adding sparkling pure water, stevia and fresh mashed mint varieties).

I drink almost an entire pitcher of iced, herbal teal every day. I make it the night before by combining different teas. Usually 2-3 green tea bags and 2-3 others like Yogi Peach Detox, Stash Lemon Ginger, or anyone's Peppermint. I like it sweet but I am gradually reducing the Stevia and my need for all things sweet. In the morning I drink bulletproof coffee but sometimes I use Teecino instead of decaf.

My trick is to buy those big cases of LaCroix flavored sparkling mineral water, for when I'm craving soda.
Otherwise water, water, and more water! Also, there's a tea company called Celestial Seasonings, I buy their 'Decaf Mandarin Orchard Green Tea' which sounded gross to me, but actually tastes delicious without any sugar or honey. My husband swears by it. Whenever we drink it daily, we don't get sick.
I never drink artificially sweetened soda because I have noticed that this actually makes me crave carbohydrates more.
I drink mostly filtered water but have Bulletproof coffee every morning, sweetened (sometimes) with whatever fake stuff I can stomach that day. Artificial sweeteners give me headaches so sometimes I just bite the bullet and indulge in a tsp. of agave or coconut sugar (they don't give me headaches, spike my glucose or kick me out of ketosis) in my coffee. I can drink hot green tea unsweetend, so I do that once in awhile. Actually, I prefer just plain water - no additives. The Bulletproof coffe is very satisfying. On weekends, I do an intermittant fast drinking only that and waiting to eat until around 2 or 3 p.m. No hunger or jitters, I think because the coconut oil, butter and cream have so much fat and are extremely satiating.
I think I just answered this on a crosspost! Bottled water; Mio, PowerAde Zero, Kool-Aid™ made with sucralose... occasionally hot tea with a bit of real honey. Ocean Spray™ Diet (nor "light) is very LC. I mix it with sparkling water sometimes for the sense of a "soda". No other fruit juices. Never any diet sodas (with all the aspartame).

My husband was a coffee and juice only drinker but by using the Mio type flavor enhancers I got him to drink water. Not a great option due to the artificial sweeteners but he is drinking water! I drink mine plain and at room temp for the most part. I am about to add fiber to the water though as I am needing more.
I recently found Capella Flavor Drops (dot com) and I like them. They are just flavoring, no coloring and no sweeteners of any kind, so you can add stevia or ? or not. Some of them are partially artificially flavored but many are naturally flavored and so far I haven't found anything unhealthy about them. The order got here fast and I like the fruit flavors in my water and the other ones (like banana split and chocolate toffee) in my low carb shakes and to flavor the coconut oil/cocoa/peanut butter candy.
I like Powerade Zero and Vitamin Water Zero (a 20 oz. bottle of Vitamin Water has 800mg of potassium!), but I usually use them to flavor my water so I don't use the whole bottle at one time. Sometimes I use a squeeze of lemon and I usually add a tiny amount of vitamin c powder and/or cherry flavored Magnesium Fizz powder so I am kind of making my own vitamin water.

I've always been a water drinker, so it was no problem for me when I started low carb. However, when I do need something different, I will have a diet soda (very rarely b/c I don't like the bubbles). I do have coffee in the morning though.
I hope you find a drink that works for you! Maybe having "just water" will take some time to adjust to. My husband, who has always been a soda drinker, says that water will rust his pipes. Makes me giggle when he says it, but also makes me worry about him!!!

I am drowning in water and it's... killing me. I'm not sure if I can drink much more of it. I added some Mio today but it was eh. Tried some green tea today but with the stevia (not my usual honey) it didn't hit what I needed either. What do you guys drink that keeps it low carb and satisfying and keeps things different?
