I am new to keto so this is very encouraging. So far I've only lost 11 lbs but lots of inches. Still have a long way to go but thank you for sharing this.

so i posted a couple of weeks ago that I was stuck in a plateau. I perservered, and eventually broke through. But now, the weight is falling off so easily, it's starting to worry me! LOL. I even have fallen off the "wagon" so to speak a couple of times, and the scale is steadily moving down.

Not to complain about losing weight...LOL, but has anyone else had periods of seemingly easy weight loss? I understand the how and why of plateaus, but does the opposite happen? If not, should I be worried?

Thanks for any insights!
