I am by far close to my goal but I am getting there.
I do not really have secret per say but my secret ingredient is cheese lol I love love LOVE cheese and I am lucky enough to live in Canada where they make cheese curds and I can eat the whole bag for supper and feel full.

constantly and I just keep telling myself that if I want to be able to skydive I NEED to keep at it. Plus I want to be able to ride all the roller coasters at the amusement park this year ;-)
I have had many non keto days but the funny thing about those are that I hate how my body feels and run back to keto. I do not really call them cheat days anymore as you know keto is a lifestyle change but it is ok to indulge every now and again.
