I sometimes use a single colored file card each day. I buy a pack and use them for lots of things like bookmarks, to-do lists, tracking :-) a place to write a quote I like/want to memorize. My favorite use though is I can never remember my cell phone number so I write it large on a file card and then use the cell phone camera to take a picture of it and use that as my "background" picture on my cell phone, LOL. On the gross side, if you have any gaps in your teeth, they work as tooth picks/dental floss too
I often measure my blood pressure over time and if I'm not in the mood to do it here, downstairs but want to leave my monitor up in my bedroom I'll date/time a file card and put it on my dresser with a pen next to it. Being colored it stands out and reminds me. For that though, post-it notes work as well.

I'm in the process of making a custom note-pad file that everyone will be able to print off for free, that will have all our points laid out, but I also wanted to note that if you track everything with SparkPeople's trackers, it's pretty easy to recreate all your points for this challenge. Just about everything except the gratitude points is something that we have SP trackers for: food, exercise, steps, water, etc.

That is a great idea! I think I may take advantage of the advice you gave to Randy. I find it hard sometimes to think back and try to remember my tracking points. Your pocket sized notepad just may work for me as well
If you like the idea of something you can carry with you, Randy, how about a small, pocket-sized notepad. Put each goal on a seperate page, then check it off as you go. I do this, but on a bigger scale since I'm not out and about like you. Just a thought!
