How Our Challenges Work:

1) You can join the challenge any time; no need to wait for Monday, or the first of the month. No better time than now!

2) At the end of every month, we have two winners (or more!): the person(s) with the highest point score every month, and the person(s) with the highest daily average (not counting the aforementioned winner(s)). This means you can win a challenge even if you join us on the last day of the month!

3) Point values are as follows, logged daily in the appropriate monthly challenge thread:

2 points (up to 10 total) for each serving of fruit
2 points (up to 10 total) for each serving of vegetables
1 point (up to 10 total) for each serving of whole grains
1 point (up to 10 total) for each 10 minutes of exercise
1 point (up to 10 total) for each 1,000 steps
1 point (up to 10 total) for each glass of water
1 point (up to 10 total) for each hour of sleep last night
1 point (up to 10 total) for each 10 SparkPoints you got today
10 bonus points if you blogged today
10 bonus points if you tell us one way you were kind to yourself today

Total possible points per day: 100

If you don't have a pedometer, you may count 2,000 steps for each mile you walked.
