So this next week after all the Christmas madness my mother and I are going to sit down and budget out my income and schedule (I'm in college) and figure out what I can do as a meal plan that's healthy and relatively easy for me to transport being so involved with my school!
Any ideas, suggestions or tips as we create this meal plan? Any links or anything? Even recipes?
I love almost all asian food, thai, chinese japanese food! I favor chicken over most other proteins except maybe ground beef depending on the recipe. I love turkey versions (i.e. turkey bacon, turkey burgers, turkey sausage, turkey hot dogs.) I love rice and noodles. All the mainly good stuff we should be eating...I love! My problem is either, A) don't know a healthy enough version or B) dont' know enough variaties of healthy meals to have an expanded meal plan for the month!
Any websites or anything that has tips and ideas please send them my way either on this forum or message me! I am really wanting to create my own meal plan to avoid all the Taco Bell and McD's most college students eat!!
