My goals for this month are:
1. Stay with my daily calories range
2. Burn 3500 calories per week
3. Exercise outdoors everyday
4. Be able to do 1 "boy" pushup without shaking!

I think it's still early enough in June to set a goal, so mine is to make it through the rest of the month by meeting and not exceeding my calorie target each day. My calorie target is relatively high as I'm working on overcoming binge eating, but I'm getting better and better at it. I think 27 days of meeting my calorie target (and not binging) is completely doable!

Human body needs 1 -ONE- teaspoon sugar PER DAY. How many are YOU and yours eating?!? Down more than 20 (mostly painless) pounds in 5 months. Finally, I can see my goal.
