I lost some weight - not as much as I wanted to, but still went in the right direction.

Blew the heck out of my fitness minutes. Wanted 1000, ended up with with 1500!!!


Not too shabby - what with TG and 2 birthdays

Goals -

Get rid of 30 pounds
10 pounds gone - Buy a bikini - DONE!
20 pounds gone - Buy slinky cocktail dress
30 pounds gone - Buy size 4 pants

Life's journey is not to arrive safely at the grave in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting, "Wow, What a Ride!!!"

One of my goals was to drink more water. I did pretty good but then went back to the 5 or 6 glasses a day.

My goal was to workout more often and once I reviewed the month I only worked out 15 out of 30 days. That was the same number of days I worked out in Oct. too. So consistency is still a focus for me. emoticon
