I started feeling well after that flu (for a while) then it became "that time of the month"! I've still been exercizing and eating well, but I would like to just make a habit of going to bed early. It seems that my snacking in the evening, even on healthy things, just makes it harder to unwind.
I made the mistake of having a latte at 5pm yesterday and was I ever wired! So yet another rule I'll have to put in place is no caffine after 3pm. My husband and I are planning on going kayaking this weekend. Last week we went hiking. It's nice to spend time with him in the outdoors.
