I have been fighting a cold, so one of my goals is to get plenty of rest and not eat stupid stuff.

*work in the yard an hour a day three days a week
*cultivate an attitude of gratitude
*act the way I want to feel
*don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good

I need to get back on track. I didn't want to be tied to the computer the whole time I was on vacation, so while I did make some healthy eating choices, I didn't track food while I was gone & a couple of days, I was short on freggies.

My goals: track my food & get my freggies in.

I've been fighting a cold for a week so I got more rest but continued with my walking and dancing and ate my usual healthy way.

today I'm going to work in the yard in the lovely weather

hope you're feeling better!
I'm going to work on clean eating. I'm great with exercising, etc. but I need to cut out processed foods.

I was down this past week for 3 days with a horrible flu that my husband also caught from me! Once everything gets back to normal, I'd like to continue my regular routine with a bit more flexibility exercizes. I would also like to limit my sugar, especially at night...I've been eating a few jellybeans here and there.
