I need to get back on track. I didn't want to be tied to the computer the whole time I was on vacation, so while I did make some healthy eating choices, I didn't track food while I was gone & a couple of days, I was short on freggies.
My goals: track my food & get my freggies in.

I was down this past week for 3 days with a horrible flu that my husband also caught from me! Once everything gets back to normal, I'd like to continue my regular routine with a bit more flexibility exercizes. I would also like to limit my sugar, especially at night...I've been eating a few jellybeans here and there.
