I think it took me until yesterday to get over the holidays.....I suddenly became aware that I had beginning of the month financial chores to take care of....now that I've done that I can focus on exercise
I met a friend for a long walk on Sunday and I'll be doing the same thing today.
I do my weight training at home and that's on the agenda for today, as well
*act the way I want to feel
*don't expect praise or recognition
*maintain weight even with holiday temptations
*walk 12,000 steps a day
