goals for 2013
-drink at least 64 oz of h20...drinking half my body weight is just a bonus
-finish turbo jam both beginner's and advanced
-start and finish turbo slim 10 day program
-start and finish turbo fire
-start and finish chalene extreme
-start and finish turbo fire/chalene extreme hybrid
-exercise for at least 60 mins a day
- 1st major weight loss goal is 170 ibs
- 2nd major weight loss goal is 150 ibs
- 3rd major weight loss goal is 145 ibs (that will be the lowest weight i'd be since i started weight loss journey back in 2002/2003

CURRENT WEIGHT: 194 ibs as of September 23, 2013
I would like to lose 5 lbs a month.
Plan my meals daily so I am not just grabbing anything.
Workout at least 3 days a week.
On the whole, I'd like to loose my 15 remaining lbs and maintain them over the year.
My goals would be doing cardio 6 times a week and strength training 3 times a week on top of eating whole foods.
In the immediate future, I would like to participate in outdoor activities in addition to my regular set goals and go cross country skiing when the weather permits.
I agree with gretchen and my short term goals are part of my signature. I am hoping to lose 25 pounds by July 1 I have also added Memorize the book of James and declutter my house
1.5 freggies a day
2. exercise 10 min 6x a week
3. do 1 strength training aweek
4. organize something 5x a week
5 Bible time everyday
6.eat nothing after 8pm
I like setting goals for shorter periods than a whole year and I'll be posting them as part of my signature each month. I like to call them resolutions because they are things that I resolve to do on an ongoing basis rather than an endpoint.
But.........for this new year, I want to continue all the healthy habits I've acquired so far and continue to stay open minded to new ideas so I can make even more improvements.
Being part of this team has been inspiring to me in the short time I've known all of you and I know I will learn a lot from you in the days to come.
*walk 18,000 steps a day
*work in the yard an hour a day three days a week
*cultivate an attitude of gratitude
*act the way I want to feel
*don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good
1) stop "fat talk"
2) workout 5x a week [I already workout every day so this is more of a lifestyle already]
3) lose those last 20lbs
