On the whole, I'd like to loose my 15 remaining lbs and maintain them over the year. My goals would be doing cardio 6 times a week and strength training 3 times a week on top of eating whole foods. In the immediate future, I would like to participate in outdoor activities in addition to my regular set goals and go cross country skiing when the weather permits.
I like setting goals for shorter periods than a whole year and I'll be posting them as part of my signature each month. I like to call them resolutions because they are things that I resolve to do on an ongoing basis rather than an endpoint.
But.........for this new year, I want to continue all the healthy habits I've acquired so far and continue to stay open minded to new ideas so I can make even more improvements.
Being part of this team has been inspiring to me in the short time I've known all of you and I know I will learn a lot from you in the days to come.
