I didn't do well for Christmas but I do have a new and improved plan for New Year's Eve. My husband and I will be spending it at home and have a menu planned already which is lite. I am planning on doing a skirt steak(turf) and shrimp cocktail(surf), with a salad and another vegetable, and champagne toast. For New Year's Day I plan on starting with a brisk walk outside and having a pork loin for dinner with a couple veggie sides.

Just wondering what everyone is planning on doing for these dates, goal-related. Are you planning on exercizing? I am planning on exercizing my regular 5 days a week, including Xmas Day (but switching it from an evening workout to a morning one). My husband is very supportive.
