I use to be very obsessed with the scale..weighing myself all different times of the day..now each morning( about 7:00) after using the restroom ..I weigh myself.. It was a great tip I saw on the Dr Oz show.... emoticon

I weigh in daily -- and sometimes at night too. It keeps me mindful -- night time is when I get tempted to start munching. Stepping on that scale reminds me of my goals.

I'm not really organzied enough to specify a certain day. I used to though! But now it's whenever, sometimes even after eating at the end of the day. Either way, if I'm heavier I know why.

When I was on the Fall 5% challenge, I weighed myself at least every Friday. Somtimes I randomly weigh myself throughout the week too!

Usually on Saturdays because if I'm having a good week, it keeps me even more motivated to keep at it over the weekend! I sometimes weigh on other days if I feel like I'm gaining. I've stayed within 5 pounds of the same weight for 9-10 months! Would really love to lose 6 more for a total of 50 pounds gone!

I had my first weigh in since starting SP this morning.

7 LBS DOWN!

I am positive that it is a lot of water weight, but I do not care! I feel really good and motivated! I feel like I am off to a good start!

I weigh myself every day, but in a running competition I have with some family members, we have an "official" weigh in on Mondays. It really keeps everyone on the straight and narrow over the weekends.

I weigh pretty much every day, at least once a day. I need the accountability and my weight really does not go up and down much unless I've legitimately lost or gained.

I would be VERY nervous about going a whole week between weigh-ins.

Dances: salsa (standard/LA), casino, rueda de casino, cumbia Colombiana, bachata, mambo, cha-cha-chá, merengue, reggaetón.

Currently learning: Mexican cumbia, danzón, Cuban rumba

Dances to Learn in the future: flamenco, tango Argentino, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, ballroom rumba

My official weigh in day is Monday but I also weigh in daily. lol I am way too impatient to wait a week between weigh ins.

I have no idea why I originally put Wednesday as my day to weigh in when I have never weighed in on Wednesdays! Weird. It has always been Monday.

My official weigh in day is Friday, but Im a daily weigher too ... first thing in the morning after I go the bathroom ....uh ... completely :)

I find when Im loosing I see small amounts come off each day and that motivates me. Right now ... Im sorta stuck at my current weight, but its week two ....

I try not to weigh everyday, because water weight, hormones and even bowel movements can make weight shift a couple pounds, once a week is best for me for trending purposes. I usually weigh in on Thursdays because I started this journey on Thursday.
