my name is Carmen. I am somewhat familiar with emotional eating and motivational aspects. I have used Overeaters Anonymous before way back. I'd like to be and remain free of emotional eating and how it gets in the way between my God and myself. Thank you all. I live near Nashville, am 58 yrs old and am active in my church. It will be good for me to join this group.
Just stopping by to say hi. I haven't posted since last week, but I am still working through the 1st chapter of the workbook and re-reading the book. Still eating whatever I want, whenever I want, as long as I'm physically hungry. Couldn't resist weighing myself this morning, even though I'm supposed to wait til day 37 (day 12 today), because I've been eating so many delicious things that would not have been allowed on my diet. I was worried that I might have put on a few pounds, but I lost another half a pound! I have however ditched the desire to lose weight, which was making me so fat. Still happily binge free and diet free! :-)
