I would rather exercise in the extreme cold. In extreme hot, I've had heat stroke and was sick from it for a few days..

Honestly, working out in weather that is 60 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit is purrrrfect. I'd rather do some of the exercises indoors in my little apartment.

God wants us to serve Him. Faith in God & Christ. Our bodies are our temples to God, and when we treat our temples with love and nuturing, God will reward us as we reward ourselves with a better and healthier lifestyle!

Birthdays always affect my weight loss and blood sugars. Take yesterday for example; my oldest daughter just turned 19. I always do a homemade meal of their choosing. She picked my homemade chicken pot pie. Not so bad when you think about it more veggies and potatoes than gravy, chicken, and crest. When you put the cake in there that what always get you.

a mother's love; The success of this attempt to get healthy can be credited to looking at my daughter's idolize unrealistic images of women, wanting to play with my kids but hurting too bad to play for long, and the onset of obesity related diseases that could remove me from their lives permanently and prematurely. Ooh, what a fun question! I'm so practical that my first response was, "Put it in retirement!" or "Put it in the college fund!" Ha ha -- but if that was all in order I would say Disneyland Cruise complete with a spa day for hubby and me. Of course, the family would need a new wardrobe, too!

I would take 19,000 and pay off my Tahoe then take 7,700 pay off my husband tool box after that 10,000 would be used to fix up my house and the rest would be used to by down my mortgage.

If someone gave you $100,000 but said that you had to spend it all today, what would you buy?



For me...... I would treat my kids and grandkids to a trip to Maui Hawaii and Disyneland. I would give my house an updated look throughout. It that doesn't spend it all I would than bank the money for any emergency that might occur.

For me is that I am SICK of taken medication all the time. Everyone who I have taked to says that my weight is my major issue. So logic would say that if my weight comes off then I should be able to get of all the meds.

What made you lose weight for good this time?

A friend or family member expressed their concern for my health.
I saw myself in the mirror/in a picture one day and it just hit me.
My doctor advised me to lose weight for my health.
I had an event I wanted to lose weight for.
Losing weight made it easier for a sport I played
Other (share it)


For me, I saw some pictures of myself that I didn't like and I also saw my weight and I was just dump-founded over it.

When we had more money to spend, it was at least once a week! It's amazing how much it all adds up, though. Right now we treat ourselves once a month. There are times when I miss it but I know that we're eating healthier when I cook at home.

No. Right now I'm just focusing on getting in at least 30 minutes of cardio every day. Next month, I'm hoping to add some strength training into my workouts which will help mix it up a bit.

I don't know what cross-training is. If I had to guess I would say no right now I my workouts consist of a lot and I mean A LOT of walking and Biggest Loser video game. I sweat like you would not believe with that game.
