well-for now i've had to call it quits on the 5 meals a day. i had a class this week (which was my 2nd week) and there was no way i could make meals for it. i work a different shift than my husband and sometimes weekends we are just trying to catch up on everything and running a lot.
with this class and working it just wasn't something i could do. i was at class at 8 am-ran home to take care of the dogs at lunch - pack my work dinner and back to class until 2:30 and went to work at 3pm and back home at 11:30pm. then it started all over again. it was tiring and i definitely had no time for anything else.
i am going to try to stick with his main idea of carb cycling and maybe go to 4 meals. when you can eat at work and can only take one break in 8 hours it just isn't something that is easy to do. i'm going to stick with the correct meals and calorie amounts - just need to tweak the plan to work better for a factory worker like myself. we'll see how i do.
good luck on plan everyone-i know i felt better that first week and never was hungry myself. gotta go for now-i have a lot of homework from a different class i'm taking, to catch up on...
