i'm glad to hear this, too. i'm pretty much a string cheese eater. just had mine on a low carb day. just starting the program and trying to get it straight.

I have been eating thin sliced swiss cheese, 0 carbs and only 40 calories per slice. Three slices have no carbs and 9 protein and 6 fat, I have been eating it on my low carb days but now I'm not so sure because of the fat content. emoticon
