Focus on things that come from the earth, not a factory. The best advice is, when shopping at the grocery store, stay along the outside walls where you find fruits, vegetables, beans and lean sources of meat. All of these occur naturally. This helps keep those processed foods and sugar-packed snacks, all of which will kill your metabolism, out of the cart.

My Healthy tip would be regarding water drinking. I don't have a problem drinking but friends I know do. I always encourage them to put it in the fridge with slices of cucumber or lemon or orange, any fruit or veggie you prefer. The water will have some flavor and be nice and cold and easier to drink.
This I just read from the Clean Eating Magazine....If you splurge on fatty foods like ice cream and hamburgers fat molecules make their way to your brain and interfere with appetite-suppressing signals. Crazy or what??
