I'm Melissa and I am about to start Chris Powell's Bod-e Challenge that he has with the company I work for. Vemma. Its basically carb cycling, but I'm having trouble finding food that I like or can eat. I'm looking for ideas for low carb and high carb foods that will be good for me. I'm lactose intolerant so milks and cheese are out of the running and I can't do seafood. I just can't stomach it. I know that sounds weird but I've never really liked seafood. Like I said I need ideas. That would work with the challenge.
