Sunday is my first day of my second month. I am going to do the Turbo cycle now that i am use to the plan. I am eager to see how much i lost this first month and how much more i will lose during the turbo month. I am almost to 10 lb loss this month. we will see saturday morning if i made it.

Congrats Bjubilee! Those shapers are killers if you ask me. I am ecstatic at how easy it is for me to stay on this eating plan and yet have the weight come off. I only lost 1 pound total last year and that was only because I went on the plan in November and for 2013 I am already down 5.

I had a new goal this week of 5,000 steps a day and so far did pretty good although missed didn't make it Monday night but did over on tuesday..rofl. At least the goal made me work out Sat. and Sunday when I usually just sit all day :)

My goal for this week starting Monday is to get all my exercises in and to drink a gallon of water daily. I can drink about 10 cups easily, but for some reason those last 6 cups seem so daunting.

How did you do Tia Maria? I broke even weight loss wise this week so I am starting my 7 days sling shot week of high carbs. I am going to focus on beans and healthy carbs. I'm did better on the exercise end of things but still need to increase more aerobic minutes.

What I hope is a super short time goal is to get below 195. I'm just excited to see the scale going down at all though. Focusing on protein has really helped me!

HMM, short term I would like to get to my Halfway mark which is also an overweight BMI instead of obese.
I have 5 pounds to go.

my friend and I have been deciding on a plan and chose this one. I did Choose to Lose for only a couple weeks b4 falling off the wagon. but not this time. I want to pick a plan and stick to it instead of getting side tracked or bored or whatever happened.
