It's a bit late to post but my resolution was, and is, to improve my awful posture. I started to actively notice when I'm slouching and straighten up in December and put my computer screen higher so I don't hunch over when I work. I'm finally seeing and feeling results this month. My next step is to focus more on core strength to be able to hold onto the new posture.
Living peacefully has its challenges.

I pretty much fell off the wagon in December... darn office food and parties!!! So TODAY I'm eating right and walking again. I know it's going to take more the 3 weeks to take off the 9 lbs I gained... ugh! Why do I do that to myself?? No will power and no self-control.

I'm thinking about rejoining the "new" weightwatchers, to see if there is ANY program that will help me lose weight beyond a half a pound over three months! so far, the old weightwatchers didn't work... the "Transitions" program with detox didn't work... and moderate and careful eating and tracking didn't work...
Am trying very hard not to make this the year when I decide that big is beautiful... but am finding it very, very challenging right now!
