Sliced medium banana drizzled with 1 to 2 teaspoons of Hershey's Dark Chocolate syrup sprinkled with one half to one tablespoon of toasted pecans.

I like a piece of toasted cinnamon bread with apple butter ...about 120 calories!

The chocolate grahams sound good.

I do the same with a little Nutella, spread thinly on a couple of crackers or a piece of toast. Yum!

That sounds good! I'm definitely going to have to try it. Maybe I'll get some mini marshmallows and make some smores too :-)

So tonight I was craving something chocolatey. I also had 300 more calories left to eat even after dinner. I originally thought I could do one of those "cookie in a mug" recipes, but the one I found for chocolate chip cookie ended up being over 500 calories :(

So, I ended up taking 2tbsp of chocolate chips and melting them in the microwave, and took 2 graham cracker sheets, and put the melted chocolate on them. It was a very delightful dessert, and it was 290 calories (160 calories of chocolate chips, 130 calories of graham crackers). It would be easy enough to just do 1tbsp of chocolate chips and just 1 graham cracker sheet to have a nice little chocolatey graham crackery dessert treat for 145 calories. You could also add some peanut butter into the mix (just watch the amount since pb can add up.)

Just thought I'd share my new "discovery". Do any of you have any little treat desserts you like to make for yourself that still fit in with your eating plan?

Working on maintaining at 140!
