KNUCKLES, a trick for that is to focus on one spot to look at, whether it be a spot on the wall or on the ground. I did track and field for a long time (I was a fielder, discus) but one of our stretching exercises was to hold one leg back and balance on another leg, so that was my trick to not fall over :)
My pants stay up better. Before I lost some inches in my waist, my belly was always pushing my waistband down and I was constantly yanking up my pants, even when I was wearing a belt. They are much more comfortable now.
My body is a good body. So is yours.

Being able to do a full plank for a little longer every week. I use an actual timer so even though I only improve a few seconds each week it's measurable. I know my core strength is building and that makes me feel GREAT!
Mine are more related to how people see me. I have an aunt that was always concerned about my weight. In fact like 2 years ago I went to visit them (I lived far away at the time) and she later told my mom that she was "shocked" to see how big I had gotten. Our family has a history of health problems that relate to blood pressure etc so she is always concerned when someone is overweight. I live near them now and went to have dinner with them a few weeks ago and she couldn't stop talking about how good I looked and she was glad I was back to being healthy again. It just made me feel good that she wasn't disappointed in me anymore.
Also, a silly one, but I LOVE that I can wear knee high boots with skinny jeans now LOL Before, my calves were too big to fit into most of them. I pretty much live in my 2 pairs now, because I can!
