I have been unable to participate in the program for quite some time now. Just as I was preparing to begin I received an injury to my head, which once again has slowed the process down. I am gradually re starting my program, and hope to get back within the next couple of months.
When I cross train I use a variety of methods. One of my goals is to work the areas which don't feel too strained from the DVD. I walk and use the recumbent bicycle a great deal.
