After running the Phoenix Marathon yesterday and enjoying quality time with my Arizona running family, I am feeling completely recharged. I'm going to spend some time this week planning the next few months of training.
I am one week into a 6 week challenge that includes 20 minutes exercise of some sort daily, a daily quiet time (experimenting with different types of meditation) and the hardest goal of keeping weekends on track.
Things I have put in place to help with this is talking about my needs to my fiancé to get help with staying on track at weekends. Planning in something "treat" at the weekends, a thin churro at Costco tomorrow and Sunday we are going to the Chinese supermarket so I will get myself some interesting fruit.
