I say put a sticker on the calendar each day you work out. It's like a mini reward. You could build up to a certain reward like a massage. I bet your body would love that! Also, do you do yoga? That might be a nice reward for your body, too!

My most recent blog pretty much spells out how I'm doing. I'm trying desperately to break myself out of a SERIOUS funk. But I did swim, zumba and run this week, so I'm feeling better about that. Once day, one small step at a time. The food habits are harder for me to break.

I am doing alright. I guess you could stay I have derailed but right now I am trying to get back to making me a priority. To do that, I think I am going to try to become a morning exerciser. I hate mornings. But, maybe I can learn to like them. Once I have kids, I figure I will need to do it morning or at the lunch hour.
