Honestly? Stuff all!

And I know I should, I just found it very boring and I know I begrudge doing things that are so dull when I don't have to do them as such.

I need to find something that grabs me.

Excellent! I think I will do a high intensity class with strength training it called Get FIT on Tuesdays and perhaps kettlebells on Thursdays! What I do on Thursdays depends on if I get the second part-time job I applied for. emoticon

I do a 10 exercise, 3 sets each, 12/10/8 reps per. It's a simple upper body and core workout that takes me about 40 minutes or so.

What do you do for strength training? Static moves? Kettlebells? A routine at the gym?

I typically do a routine at the gym three times a week. It kinda just dawned on me that maybe I should strength train more than three times a week since I have been training three days a week since I started to lose weight like 5 years ago. Even through the exercises change, my muscles don't get sore as often as they once did.

I started looking on bodybuilding.com for different routines and techniques. Wowster, there is alot. There is a technique called 5x5. You do 5 sets of 5 reps. That looked like a good challenge. All of this got me looking at the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) certification which would be an add onto my Personal Training and Health Coach certification. This has really got me interested. I could look at it for hours...

Anywho...

What do you do for strength training?
