I want to say

to all the people on this team from the creator, the leaders and the members. I was really starting to feel alone and like no one else was struggling and was getting frustrated with people saying "Oh, you can do it." Whenever they said that, it was like it was not as hard wrong as it once was. Well, it is and if not, more so.
Anyhow, thanks to your support I feel I am getting back on track. As long as I work out today, I will be on Day 16 of continued days of exercise. But, more than that, I am starting to lose weight. A week or so, I weighed in over 170. Now this isn't a big deal. The BIG deal was I gained 10 lbs and was no longer at my maintenance goal weight of 160. Today, I

in at 167. It's feel good to see the number going down. This means I am closer to my goal of getting to 160 by January. Also, that my underwear won't be falling down because they are a tad too small.

Hopefully, I will start feeling stronger as well!
So, if you have gave me support in one way or another...
