I de-stress with first person shooter games on the computer. DH and I play Quake 2 CTF and I enjoy Thief fan missions... keeps me sharp and my mind off what stresses me emoticon

Exercise 1st... Spark 2nd. Works for me!

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.

Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't I give myself reasons why I can.

I agree with a hot bubble bath, take a drink with you of your choice, I often just enjoy a huge glass of ice cold water while you are all warm... or a hot coffee.

My #1 way to de-stress is exercise. When I cannot have energy to exercise or it is too late in the day, I seem to have no other ways to relax.

How do you relax after a long, stressful day besides exercise?
