Okay, for almost a year or more, I have not been not sweating. But, I want to sweat! I miss the buckets full of sweat, like when I first started this journey. And, I even felt amazing afterwards. Sometimes I get anxious and frustrated because I am 'working out' but not really sweating. I can bike for a hour and not a drop. I can lift and barely break a sweat. When I run, it's more of a decent sweat. Still... it's nothing like before.. I miss it.
Has anyone else experienced this?
How do I get my body sweating?
Is it time for a different focus with exercise?
Could it be related to not drinking enough water?
It's just weird because I work at a gym and see people, smaller than I am, sweating loads. And, I am super envious!!!
