Could you take the rest of the candy and put 7 pieces in a bag. Repeat until done with all the candy. Put the rest in the freezer. The 7 pieces is one piece for each day.

The Halloween candy is getting to me too! The last few days I have gone over to my bf's, I have been stress eating on miniature candy. It's like "Oh, one more won't hurt." I am trying to take control of stress eating and carry a journal with me. It's worth a try!

Totally blew it again this weekend. Ugh. Can someone please come over to my house and extricate the leftover Halloween candy? I can't seem to get rid of it in any other way but by eating it myself. So bad!

Pretty boring here - I am working and working out. I did manage to get 2.5 hours in the gym today which made me really happy!

Yes, I got engaged in July.

The fair was a bust, and I spent most of the evening looking at a website called off-beat brides instead which is FAR FAR more my taste, the fair was a nightmare of forced expectations and pretentious crap!!

See my post in "Well...That Didn't Go As Planned" - so much for my plan to stay on track on Friday night. I had my cake, ate it, and then had more. Ugh.

This week has been really tough so far. It's Halloween, I want chocolate, I think my monthly schedule is timing out to make me very "cravy" this week, and it's 3 weeks into being back on a lower calorie plan, so...I just have to make it through this week and things will get easier. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

I've been off work all week due to my injury.

Today we went into our little town centre as our cheap toasted my fiancÚ got ages ago finally gave up and we went to get a new one, thrilling huh? Successfully avoided the totally delicious bread smells in marks and spencers and came home to eat my planned lunch.

Not done much else.

Tomorrow there is a wedding fair at Hall Place, an old hall and gardens just down the road, may go to that.

Friday - I worked pretty much all day!
Saturday - Sleep in, work out in the morning, bf's Halloween party in the afternoon
Sunday - Go for a 3 mile run, do some personal training work

Just a run, probably 5k, and a kettlebell routine. It is far too cold now for me to ride. Its in the 30's :(

What's everyone up to this weekend?

I have a birthday party to go to tonight, and my plan is to eat cake for dinner if I have to because I AM STAYING IN MY CALORIE RANGE today. I'm down one more pound this week and I'm SO close to those beautiful 70s I can taste it.

I have to work Saturday and accomplish a bunch of errands, finish my Halloween costume, and do laundry, but then Sunday we might head to Six Flags for the day. Much temptation, but much walking. So I will have a treat as long as we walk the park at least twice.

Planning to bake a big, healthy casserole on Saturday for my lunches for next week.
