TGIF!!!!!! What are your plans for staying motivated and on track this weekend? My husband, daughter and I are going to the SC State Fair with my niece and her family. And while I know that fair food is most definitely NOT healthy, we plan on doing a lot of walking while we are there, drinking lots of water and I'm hoping that my husband and I can go for a hike tomorrow if he doesn't work.
