I definitely need to get back on track this week! I wasn't using Halloween as an excuse, but I was out of town for a wedding this past weekend and definitely used that as an excuse to eat (and drink!) whatever I wanted. Luckily, I didn't gain anything but I didn't lose anything either. So yes, I'm ready to get back to work! And to Ray's class, I've missed that!
Alright who else used halloween as an excuse for not having a great week? We are all probably in a sugar coma still but we have 2.5 weeks til Thanksgiving and time to turn it around before the big meal(s)! I am personally pledging a 5lb loss by Thanksgiving! I am refusing to let the holidays be an excuse for not focusing on my health:)Who's with me?
