Welcome to the team! We are glad you made it. We are going to work on making exercise (specifically cardio) a consistent part of our healthy lifestyle. We are working on not only being consistent but putting our all into it. We all have had those times when we are exercising but we are just going through the motions and not putting all the effort in that we could or should be doing. So here we are saying that we will do a minimum of 10 minutes of 100% effort cardio everyday for 30 days (& beyond if you choose). There will be NO slacking & NO half-steppin'!
Now my ability for cardio is not the same as everyone else. I am not wanting you to compare yourself to me or anyone else on the team. I want you to do YOUR best effort! You know your body and what you are capable of.
Don't fret if you miss a day. Just begin again. Reboot the system and start moving forward. We, as a team are here to help you back up and encourage you to keep going.
We are all starting on Some started on the same day and others came later. No matter. We are still in this together. Just jump in, join the discussions and get your streak on! If you haven't already, please go to the Introduction Thread and introduce yourself to the team! We want to get to know you!
