OK it's not even 10am yet...and i completely nereded (if that is even a real word) out my kitchen cabinets. I reorganized them yet again...things are all in different places. As I was doing it I made a list of what went where and it position in the scheme of things. Then I hopped on Excel and made charts of what was where so that way hubby could find it more easily...I even taped them inside the cabinets...they look very well neat and organized.....now I ask myself the burning question....ok that's done. Walks in. Pups are resting. What do I do now? Relax? Play a game? Start another room? Decisions, decisions.....ugh

We had a pretty good day......took him out for dinner and he got to have his pizza...he just loved that. We also had to take the pups to the vet that day for their shots...oh joy......actually went better than I expected. We go pick up their licenses today. 40 dollars for the two dogs. If we would have put it off.....it would have been 80 for the two dogs......ugh.

A little more mobile today. Good thing too. Apartment needed cleaning....but sheesh why can't some hubby's pick up their trash instead of leaving it right where it is when they know they are going to the kitchen and easily put it in the trash?

90% of the time his idea of cooking is pizza or Mc'ds. He just usually gets me something a lot less caloric and greasy...

Hey guys......no exercising for me for a few days......I almost tripped over Gizmo. She was rigth behind me when I turned to avoid falling on her. WHAMMO! I came down on my heel hard, instead of my full foot and now the back of my lower leg is in pain. I spent most of the day lying down.....and its still sore.....but I can walk some. It just hurts......nothing major that I can tell. If I couldn't walk at all i'd be at the ER. I am just gonna keep it up for a few days. If no change then I'll call doc.

That is great. I am sort of limited to how much moving I can do with the furniture in my bedroom because of how it is set up but I turned the bed recently. It sort of opened it up a bit and I like it. Well I like if for now! lol

My life surrounds my NFL team. As far back as I can remember. Hubby gets over it alot. I wouldn't even let him in the bedroom while I re did it. Only because he'd be wanting to take 50 million breaks. In something that took 2 hours for me. Would have been a whole afternoon ordeal with him...I took one break because well I needed it. I had to teach myself how to do that. As I wouldn't take breaks before and would pay for it later. Ah well. Everytime I see the bedroom now I am pleased with how it looks. I made it look better......lol

Yup I need that tracker to remind me.....lol......had a sip a while back and it about made me sick..........I honestly thought I would never quit drinking that......

Did 2 hours of heavy cleaning and moving as I rearranged the entire bedroom.......moved the bed, the dresser .....everything.....can blame my team being no where near the playoffs in the NFL and the fact that I was feeling better....lol

That's been the only consistant thing with me...I am always off and up doing something till (while with yuckers) got lightheaded then i'd stop and rest...and i just keep going and going and going........

Well I am doing okay so far sticking to my streak. I am really wanting to keep the streak up through the Christmas season. I think that if I can get through December, it will carry through to my goal of streaking to my birthday. I know I have missed the mark from the beginning but the fact that I keep getting back up and starting again is definitely progress.

I started a topic in the discussion section regarding goals and plans for 2013. Check it out and share our plans and goals with the rest of the team. I would also like to come up with a challenge to keep us all streaking strong. Anyone got any ideas? Please share! It doesn't have to be elaborate.

Just gonna feel like I have lost my left arm..I rely on my computer not just for spark but the outside world as well.

My "de-stressor" is a game called Star Wars The Old Republic. I play that alot when I am stressed.......This is gonna be at least 3 weeks without my computer.

Still waiting on my box to come in to send my puter in for it's repair. Or as I say visit the puter doctor....lol.

I got a call yesterday. Spent most of day in bed with a bad migraine. The call was from the gas station up the street. I have been granted the 2nd interview......I am hoping it goes well...God willing.

Been taking my days off of work lightly. Getting in little bits here and there as I am usually on my feet and moving at work anywhere from 4 to 8 hours.....and am sore and exhausted when I get home...it's so much fun....

I changed the exercise goal for the team. I made it 10 minutes. Okay so let me explain. So many of us have been struggling with being consistent with exercise. I decided that the main thing is to be consistent and not the amount. So with that in mind, I think that 10 minutes is doable for everyone. So what do you say? Lets get back on track (for those who have lost some footing) and get our streaks going again! You with me?

Fran, I am so glad to hear that everything is working out for you car to be fixed. That does seem like a Christmas present. I am glad you have help with getting the groceries.

The insurance company finally called me today and said it was a good plan to pay to have the car fixed and not total it like the one agent thought they would do. My family is helping me get the entire car painted so it will be like new. It goes in on Monday the 15 Th and comes home 7 days latter. B I can get my spark walking in while it being fixed the gym is 4 blocks each way and one neighbor said I could go to the store with her or she would pick up what I needed so that works for me. It was like getting a early Christmas gift which it is to me .I will share a picture when I get her back all painted like new.

An'ya, I pray that everything works out for good. I have been AWOL for a few days fighting an awful anxiety attack. It hasn't been fun. I am pushing myself to get back to actively Spark. I was logging in and doing some things but being sort of silent.

Deborah & An'ya ~ I am so glad you both found some new jobs. That is great. How are the jobs going? What do you like best?

Deborah, try breaking up your exercise throughout the day. Maybe do a 10 minutes walk before work, 10 minutes @ lunch and 10 minutes in the evening. If you are just beginning with exercise just do the 30 day, 10 minute streak to get you going and get some consistency. emoticon

Thanks for the concern i am thankful every day I was not injured and no one was . i was stopped for the light to turn and she wanted in the turn lane as well no real speed involved. I am over my mindless eating thankfully only took four days. it a waiting game now to see what the insurance company will do. I know i can ask for a rental but since i am not one to drive strange cars i might get a lot of walking in. the gym is 8 a block walk round trip and church is a mile each way so that is not bad and i will just stock up at the store before i take it in for repairs. see i have a plan its going to get fixed and be back in my drive way as good as new that positive Spark thinking in action

Itís a cold but sunny day here today 30 degrees is cold when itís been in the 60ís. Itís been a unusual week here and I am glad to see the week end come. Getting some sparking in before I head off to the gym then home to get some house chores done. And meal planning is a must so I can get my shopping done before the car goes in for repairs. Have not driven any thing but Bessie since 1995 so no going to be driving a strange car unless I just have to go out. The gym is 8 blocks round trip and church is 2 miles round trip. Back on track starting today and using the trackers and getting my water in, in place of the two to three diets pops I have been drinking. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day on the Spark trail and its rock free.

An'ya, hope you will be feeling better soon. I know you just started a new job and so did I. I got a part time job at Pier 1 (seasonal) and I'm also going to real estate school. I need to get myself more organized so I can fit my exercise in but I seem to be tired and stressed all the time. Ok, I'm going back to the "Smoothie Bar" and have one. Anyone want to join me?

Yes Fran....please keep up posted. So glad you are ok and still with us....But yes get checked out by a doc. So many things can still come up. I now have neck issues and more headaches from the one I was in early 2011. We had a guy slam into the back our our car. It was an old Buick Century. Totaled it by bending in our back end....couldn't even get into the trunk for our stuff. The trunk had to be ripped off......I could have had that covered by the other guys insurance. Just take care of yourself....please.

Fran I am so sorry to hear that you were in an accident! Oh my goodness! I am so glad that you are okay. The car can be replaced but you can't! You should get checked out by the doctor to be sure that you are completely okay. Keep up posted!

I was in a car accident on my way to the post office to mail cookies to my brother.
Thankfully I was not injured just the car and it was not my fault.
I was in the arrowhead turn lane and the truck next to me wanted to also turned and just
Came on over right into the passenger side of the car. She told it was her fault she just did not see me she looked and just did not see me. I go tomorrow to see how much it will cost to fix.
Itís an old car so I am worried they won't want to fix it and I just don't want part with it. So today my work out was worthless. I did go to the gym for 25 minutes but my brain was not there with me. So I decided I better come home didn't want drop a weight on my toe. Today was a mindless eating day but I not going to beat my self up its won't help this one thing I have learned from you my Spark friends
Time to re start all my streaks from water drinking to tracking my food ate to much today I don't want to remember what I put in my mouth.
My work out minutes for the last two days are not good rest day post race and then a mindless eating day today that seems to be my way to deal with stress.
Sunday and the 5k were fun as you can see I have a few pictures posted on my Spark page. I have rambled enough. Good night team.
