That is great you have had that support! that is a good buddy you have. As for breast cancer, I had surgery for it Aug. 31st. These days the survival rate is quite high. But it is a very stressfull process. All the tests, the surgery and now maybe chemo and radiation for sure.. it does affect a lot of people. I can see that in my family. Sometimes it feels like this is harder on my sisters my brother and my fiancé than it is on me.

You are a breat buddy to recognise that you have one!

Hang in there! life is full of ups and downs and whatever doesn't kill you will make you stronger if you chose to learn from it!

That's awesome that she help u through it that's what buddies and friends are. You know I was think about cancer. Back when I was in middle/high school my best friend that time was dealing with cancer, a few kinds of cancer so much that they didn't give her much hope. However today we aree no longer friends but today she is alive and cancer free . They gave her 3 months to live however that turn to 6 then 12 then 2 years then 3 yrs then 4 yrs and this makes its 7 yrs to 8 years! Keep ur head up cause doctors isn't always know how long someone has! My Nannie died last June 29 2011 with cancer they gave her 3 months 2 weeks before that it wasn't even 3 weeks after that we lost her however I miss and love her but I know she's in a better place heaven and it keeps me going knowing that someday I can see her again

My buddy deserves a BIG Thankyou for helping me get thru last week. I was a bit "off". Her positive support and kind words helped me thru. I was down about the scale not moving and frustrated by some family things. Plus I found out that my Aunt in FL has breast cancer and goes for surgery on Thursday to decide a course of action. On top of that she has quite a few other problems. Two of my cousins are doing the best they can for her while their sister and others are saying it is all made up and she is just milking the attention. REALLY?!? Anyway,

TATHY49 THANKYOU so very much for keeping me going! You are a fantastic buddy and now friend.
