Hi Everyone, I recently bought JM 30 Day Shed and just did Day 1. I was recommended to try it from this website and others. It's schtick is that you do a 20-minute workout daily for 30 days. It includes a 2-minute warm-up, three 6-minute circuit including strength, cardio, and abs, and lastly a 2-minute cool down. There are three levels and I started on level one.
Our engagement pictures are May 31 so I'll be about halfway through the program when we take them. I hope I get some quick results :-)
For those who haven't done it, it's interesting. I work out regularly at the gym and usually spend about an hour there so it's nice and quick to not have to leave your house and be done in 22 minutes (including cool down). I've always worked out with a trainer and the exercises she hits are similar to those I've done before. It's great for beginners as it's not too crazy difficult (plus one work out model does the exercises easier if you need to do that -- I def have to do the easier version on push ups!). That's not to say it's not too easy though...I got sweaty and tired.
I'm looking forward to seeing how levels 2 and 3 look, but I'll probably keep on with level 1 for the rest of the week :-)

PS the workouts are on YouTube so you don't have to buy the DVD though it's really cheap on Amazon, at least when I bought it it was.
