Its like waiting for Christmas :)
I haven't been inside a gym for 5 days! It may not sound like a long time, but it is for me. I got super stressed last weekend over some details - like our officiant failing to mention that he is unavailable for out rehearsal time - and had trouble sleeping for a few days. No sleep = hungry, grumpy and no energy for working out. I went back to square one, focusing on the small changes I made when I first started on my weight loss journey. I walked everyday and I've been sticking to my meal plan. I'm finally feeling back to normal and have a date with my shoulders and abs tonight before dinner. Can't wait to get to the gym :)

2 more bootcamp sessions
10 more HIIT sessions
1 weekend a the spa
1 weekend to finish off all those little details
Anyone else getting close? How are you dealing?
