Good for you! I'll be cheering you on at the gym tonight! I went over my lunch hour today, Yay!... well, instead of 2 weeks, I have 2 months to go... Soooo much to do... including staying very healthy and possibly?? losing that last 5 lbs!!
I think it is most critical to make some time for exercise if at all possible... but you also need to get good sleep!! It IS like waiting for Christmas, isn't it?! I'm so excited!
Remember... things will always go wrong... take a deep breath each time and know thatit will be ok... even if it's not "perfect"! Good luck!

I haven't been inside a gym for 5 days! It may not sound like a long time, but it is for me. I got super stressed last weekend over some details - like our officiant failing to mention that he is unavailable for out rehearsal time - and had trouble sleeping for a few days. No sleep = hungry, grumpy and no energy for working out. I went back to square one, focusing on the small changes I made when I first started on my weight loss journey. I walked everyday and I've been sticking to my meal plan. I'm finally feeling back to normal and have a date with my shoulders and abs tonight before dinner. Can't wait to get to the gym :)
I have: 14 more days to eat clean so my tummy is flat and my energy is high 10 more split workouts 2 more bootcamp sessions 10 more HIIT sessions 1 weekend a the spa 1 weekend to finish off all those little details
Anyone else getting close? How are you dealing?
