I break it up into smaller sessions. 20 minutes before work, 20 minutes after work, 20 minutes later in the evening. It helps not feel like such a time commitment plus I read that your metabolism gets a post-workout boost each time you exercise so working out throughout the day keeps your metabolism burning all day long.

HELP!

I just recently joined this group and am having trouble managing time. Between work and doing wedding stuff after work (we only have about 2 months to plan the wedding), I hardly have time to work out as much as I wish. I even visited gyms to join but I don't seem to get organized just yet!

How have you girls done it?

Totally understand that, Jslice! A friend of mine got engaged about 2 months before I did. She hadn't done ANYTHING to plan, including choosing a date. My fiancee and I knew what we wanted, so we set our date right away and began making plans. Once she saw I was going full force, she set her date to 2 months after mine - and we share a lot of the same bridal party. Talk about a lot of pressure on them!

So even though I feel bad for getting frustrated with her, like you with your brother, I think it's a little normal. You want it to be your special day not having to deal with everything else as well. But I agree with Keelie, it'll only take away what you let it. =) Good luck!!

Jslice don't beat yourself up, I think that is a natural reaction. You may not want to go around flaunting those feelings but having them isn't a crime. It will only take away from your day what you let it. emoticon

hmmm... I'm trying not be annoyed, but my little brother just got engaged last night. I waited 6 years because my fiance was unemployed off-an-on, but now my brother's planning his wedding 2 months after mine... seriously mad at myself for being so whiney...

Busy wedding week! My date is June 1st so I'm slowly working through all the details. Yesterday we chose the tuxes for the guys and got our flower girl basket. Tonight we're doing our food tasting to choose our menu - one of the things I've been most looking forward too! And finally, Thursday we're meeting with our cousin who is so graciously making our cake. Time to finalize the design and pick some flavors so she can have a plan in place. I'm getting so excited!!!

Hi all,
I'm not getting married until april '14, so I feel like I have to set mini-goals to keep me motivated... my ultimate goal is to lose about 3 dress sizes (40 or so pounds)... suggestions are welcome :)

hello everyone!

sorry didn't read down.... This is the year! we've set the date for Nov. 9th. I am now feeling a lot better so I can start taking walks again. I have to start again at my heaviest but I know I can do it so I will.
Let's see how fast I can go back to where I was a year ago.

I'm making a brave move: studio cycle. Last time I took the class I felt like I was going to die. I'm going to take a 12-1 class today. Let's hope I make it!

Today was crazy. I couldn't sleep last night, so after about three hours of sleep, I woke up at 3:30 to go to my shipment job at 4:30 am. Almost right after, I fell asleep and slept til about 3. Good two hour workout at the gym, and now it's time for me to headto bed again since I have to get up at 6. Really hope I can actually get to sleep this time.

Intense workout today! 30 minutes on the cybex, 15 on the treadmill, then a 1 hour barbell strength class. I was intimidated by the barbell class at first, but I love it now. So if there's a workout or class you are interested in but unsure about, go for it! The worst that can happen is you realize you need to work up to that level before trying the class again.

Shell- I kind of feel the same way as you do. It is frustrating for sure. I hope your fitting went well today. My lady told me next week I'll have to come back and she may have to tkae my dress in if I lose weight this week and then I'll have to stay the same for sure after that. So I'm still plugging away this week and we'll see what happens.

Brittled-I'm feeling a bit stressed too, but I'm kind of a control freak and don't like turning over anything to my mom to do. We don't have the same taste so I guess I don't trust her with things haha. I'm definitely going to keep on with weight loss too after the wedding. It is so stressful right now it's almost impossible to lose weight!

I won't be able to reach my "ultimate" goal by my wedding, but a small goal I had is still attainable, so I'll take it. Hopefully I get there, have 3.5 weeks left! My fiance and I have already set a fitness goal for after the wedding. We both want to work on being able to "see some abs" by Christmas, haha. I haven't been able to do that since he and I started dating 4 years ago! So, it will be a tough goal, but I'm looking forward to doing it with him...

and yes SGILGER6... I am feeling very stressed! I can not believe how much I have to get done in the next 3 weeks, its just getting crazy! Luckily my mom has really stepped up to help and its kinda fun, even though its absolutely insane!

SGILBER6- I am having a problem with my weight loss coming to a stand still. It is frustrating! I didn't meet my goal weight by my goal date. And now I feel like I can't try to reach my goal until after the wedding because I have to fit into my dress! Good luck with your fitting, mine is on the 28th of this month!

As an update, I have really been watching my diet. No carbs/grains and only protein and veggies after 2pm, only the occasional small piece of chocolate for a treat, tons of water, tons of salad. Limited sugar. But today I gained 1.5 lbs. My final dress fitting is 5 days away and in that time I have 2 lunches out and one wedding. What do I do? Is anyone else this stressed? Help! LOL emoticon

Awesome Brittled! Wow, I don't know if I could even run 5 mi. I'm thinking of training for a half-marathon after the wedding though. Why stop at the wedding for weight loss?? I also want to do a 30 day yoga challenge (75 mins power yoga every day), but for now it's cardio everyday and strength training twice a week. I've really changed up my diet this week too- it's way more healthy and I'm focusing more on quality food and less on just calories.

I agree this is soo motivating!

SHELL1400_85 and SGILBER6, my dress fitting is August 29! Fun stuff! My wedding is 30 days from today, so CRAZY! I have also upped my cardio, but not to twice a day... I went from running 5 mi 3 times a week to 7.5 miles 3 times a week. And I'm trying to get strength in on the days in between, want my arms to look a little toned! Final stretch is here, YAY US!

Good luck to you guys, this has been so motivating and fun! I can't wait for the next 30 days! :)

My fitting is the day before yours Shell- August 27th. There's 12 days left for me and 13 for you, so that's almost 2 weeks. Definitely room to lose at least a pound or so. My trainer gave me specific eating instructions today and told me to start focusing mostly on cardio and try to do it twice a day. Good luck!

My dress fitting is coming up soon! The 28th of August. I am hopeful that I can shed a few more pounds before then. After that my challenge will be to maintain the same weight until after my wedding, October 13th. I am a little disappointed that I will not be hitting my goal weight by my fitting but I am still happy with everything I have accomplished. Getting so excited for the big day, time is going by fast and I still have lots to do!

I forgot how much movement the kinect actually requires...lol. Last night we played various games, for about 4 hours...and today, the fiance and I are feeling it. We downloaded a trial version of the Zumba game, and he tried it before me, so I'm still unsure if I want to buy it, I will try it tonight after the live spark meeting and will let everyone know what I think.

I don't know about Zumba for XBox, but I went to a Zumba class a few times last fall and LOVED it! If it hadn't been at 5:30 right when I was wanting dinner every night I would have gone more regularly... But, dinner won out and I only made the class a few times, haha. I would like to do something like that, but I'm always afraid my workout inside will disturb the neighbors right below me :( Luckily, the gym is only about 3 blocks away from where I will be living with my fiance after the wedding, so I won't have any excuses to use about not going!

Sorry you received such crappy news from your bridesmaid...maybe things will turn around for you and she will realize it's one day, for you and will come to your shower. Great job on avoiding a bucket of ice cream, and staying in your calorie range. I understand about not feeling a workout some days. I've been feeling that way a lot lately, but we just got another xbox and kinect (first ones broke), yesterday for $99, so I think I should be able to get back on track with that, it helped so much last time. Maybe on Friday, I will break down and buy Zumba for it...haven't decided yet though. Keep your chin up, things will get better soon. emoticon

Feeling really depressed today. One of my bridesmaids said she couldn't make it to my shower this weekend because she needed to go visit her dad in the hospital... I was TOTALLY ok with her doing that. No hard feelings at all, family comes first. But, today she told me that she is visiting her dad Thursday and Friday, and going to see a guy Saturday and Sunday... My shower is Sunday afternoon... I think she forgot about the shower, but then remembered after telling me her plan changes... She said she felt bad, but didn't offer to not go see the guy and come to the shower... Sigh... I really thought I meant more to my friends! Oh well, guess its good to find out who my real friends are... I didn't work out this morning bc of a bout of vertigo, and this evening I was feeling too drained and depressed. I hate that I let something keep me from being who I want to be. Better luck tomorrow. I did manage to stay in my calorie range and not down a bucket of ice cream... Guess I can put that in the win column.

Thanks! I replied on here a few days ago, but just realized it didn't post! Odd... Anyhow, I know what you mean, only 45 days! So crazy. There seems to be an infinite number of things to get done. To top it off, the deer ate my lilies last night! I hope they will be blooming again in 7 weeks, but you never know! I about died when I saw them this morning. I have several different types of day lilies planted in "the wedding place" reds, oranges, and yellows that all bloom late summer/fall. I'm so excited about them, but didn't realize how hard it was going to be to keep the deer away from them! I had a radio set up in the trees to play at night to scare the deer way, I didn't realize how effectively it was working until it quit working two nights ago... Now, lilies... GONE! So, i'm investing in deer repellent and getting my radio up and working again!

Your wedding sounds like it will be beautiful! I have always wanted a fall wedding too. I'm getting nervous for the big day though! There is still so much to think about and it's taking up a lot of my time! And when you add in my workouts, that leave almost no time for actual work (I'm a grad student so I have the most flexible work schedule ever).

SGILBER6-

I have "the perfect weight" number in my head too, haha. I want to weigh less than I did when I graduated from Highschool (138 lbs, 7 years ago). I know that's kinda silly, but like you said, its a mental thing, and if it gets me motivated to get in shape, then I'm good with it.

And you're right, I can't believe how fast the summer has FLOWN by! Sept 15th is right around the corner! YAY! I wanted a fall wedding, and was really wanting October, but there's a decent chance it will be snowing then here, and I wasn't brave enough to risk it. My mom and I have done all kinds of landscaping in her yard (the wedding is at my parents' house), and have planted flowers that bloom in late fall, I really hope they are blooming by then!

Brittled- My wedding is Sept 15 too!! It's coming up soo fast!

I'm in the final stages of my weight loss for my wedding. I tried my dress on for my first fitting two weeks ago and they have to take it in even though I bought it a size too small in the first place! I still want to lose a bit more though, mainly because I have a goal weight in mind and I want to achieve it even though the dress looks great. It's a silly mental thing I have going on! Only about 6 more lbs to go though and 59 days to lose it!

I don't know if you would consider it an alternate goal, but in order to get my motivation where it needs to be, I've started a song of the day challenge...not only do I have to move my feet to the music, but anyone else who does it, gets me a mile (per person) on the treadmill (or if I'm feeling ambitious enough, down the road). Small steps to a big loss...

I understand about getting planning things done early, I've created a chart with each month listed on it, and sorted out all of our big and some small expenses, into each one so that we aren't bombarded with everything at once. Last month was the save the dates (cause they were free), this month is the plates/napkins/utensils, and table favors, and next month it will be the chafing dishes to serve our food in. We've also decided that since we are making all the food, whenever we get groceries, to check expiration dates, and if something will still be good by next July (we go to August to be on the safe side) that we buy some of it...so far we have all the boxes of pasta for the mac and cheese, baked ziti, and fettuccine alfredo, we also have all the jars for said alfredo pasta. We also bought the table favors of patriotic tootsie rolls, and m&m's/

Personalized M&M's would be so cute! I thought about that, but I think I'm just going to have a few dishes on the desert table with reices pieces in them, they will fit the fall colors of the wedding, and I don't have to pay to get them personalized, even though that would be way more fun.

I don't have a ton of planning left to do. I started working on stuff right after we got engaged last October. So, I've had alot of time. There are several "loose ends" I have to wrap up. Like, get a list of must have pictures to the photographer, a list of "do and do not play" songs to the DJ... We're doing unity sand instead of a candle, I know what colors of sand I want, but I still need to buy it... So, nothing major left to do really, but alot of little things that really add up and take up alot of time.

I bought a new pair of running shoes this past Saturday, I've decided my goal is to put 100 miles on them before the wedding. I've found having "alternate" goals helps me achieve other goals without getting hung up on stuff... Example, I want to continue to lose weight before the wedding, its easy to obsess about the scale. If I focus on getting miles on my new shoes, I'll lose weight just because I'm getting outside and moving more, without stressing as much about the scale. Does anyone else have "alternate" goals to help them achieve their main goal of shedding pounds? :)

We are also have a small 2 tiered cake for cake topper purposes and so at at 1 year anniversary we will have the top tier to eat. I think the bottom of the cake will resemble a giant s'more so people can see the correlation between the cake and the dessert. We were originally going to have a cookie table, but decided since we are making all the food for dinner, that it would just be too much on me. I still have the list of cookies we were going to use just in case we go back to it. Remind me again, when is your wedding? I love the idea of a wildflower mix, it's the most basic and simple things that sometimes look the best.

The s'mores bar sounds fun! I'm attempting to make a dessert table. But, not sure how its going to go yet. I want cupcakes, maybe those cakepop/cakeball bite sized goodies, nuts and mints, and I'm working on other ideas along those lines... We're having a small two-tiered traditional cake to set a topper on, and for us to cut together... I don't intend for people to really eat the cake, just the other treats. I think we're going to put clear Mason jars on the tables full of cut flowers... Hopefully a nice wildflower mix... other than that, not sure how the tables are going to be decorated yet... Only 9 weeks from today to figure it out!

So, we managed to find all the plates and napkins we needed...minus a few small plates for the desserts. I figured we won't need a lot of small plates since we aren't going with a traditional cake. Instead we are having a s'mores bar, and after we get our first ones, everyone is welcome to create their own...we will be using hershey bars, peanut butter cups, and still unsure about any other chocolates to add to it. But our main thought was people could use napkins for their s'mores...but just in case we will have some small plates on hand.

We don't really have a theme, but my colors are purple and red. I am going to put cylinder vases on tables with purple and red water gems in them and led lights. Then I'm also going to put rose petals on all the tables. So far the only favors I have are going to be little boxes of personalized M&Ms.

Since our wedding is 2 days after the 4th of July, we are going with a double themed type of wedding. Our colors signify Ohio State (Scarlet and Grey), but our decorations are very patriotic. We have been scouring stores all over the town looking for clearance 4th of July decorations and paper plates...we've found some plates but not nearly as many as we need. We are also going to be using sparklers as centerpieces and patriotic tootsie rolls and M&M's in little dishes on the tables as well. Wish us luck that we can find more clearance stuff. emoticon

Shell1400_85-

I am technically in charge of the guest list... I have the invitations, I am addressing them, I am mailing them. I asked her for a list of who she would like to invite a long, long time ago... and she just continues to change things. Its not a huge deal, they don't have to be mailed for two weeks yet. But, I like to be prepared, and not wait till the last minute to get things done, because I know there will be PLENTY of other LEGITIMATE things to worry about as the wedding gets closer. My biggest issue is the fact that she insists on turning everything into an issue. My fiance has asked why I don't try to involve his mother more. (She has 3 sons and no daughters, so she doesn't get to do much "girly" stuff). I have a hard time figuring out how to tell him that I would love it if she would help my mother and I with wedding stuff... BUT, she makes everything a problem, creates stress where there should be none, and strips the joy out of planning our wedding! I wish I could be very frank and just tell her to chill out already!

Brittled- This is one of the reasons why I am in charge of the guest list LOL. Actually I feel like I'm in charge of pretty much everything, but that is the way I like it. At least then I know things will get done. My best friend said I'm going to turn into a bridezilla! Ha no where close. Anyways just thought I would say some words to lighten the mood. :)

My future mother in law just sent me a "revised" guest list... for the 4th time. Even though I told her last week that I had finished addressing all of the invitations... She said she is just having a hard time knowing who to invite since the wedding is "out of town"... Its a one hour drive from my fiances hometown... NOT like its clear across the country! I told her to invite whomever she wishes and people who want to come will come, people who think its too far of a drive, will tell us congrats & not come! Why is that so difficult! Why cut the guest list because you think people won't want to drive? Why not let the guests make that decision for themselves?... She says she doesn't want people she knows won't be able to make it to feel obligated to do something. I can kinda see her point, but I still think she's making a way bigger deal out of this than necessary. Sorry for the rant, just have to vent about it somewhere and I feel like complaining to my fiance about his mother isn't fair, and I'd like my mother and future mother in law to be able to get along as well... So, the task of listening to my rant falls to you, my dear fellow future brides. I believe you are the only ones who truly understand my feelings at this point as I'm sure some of you are in the same boat.

Lonimarie, my fiancé and myself are also paying for pretty much everything. At first we were going to go to Vegas, but then his sister got married last year and after I went to her event that made me realize I really do want an actual wedding. Although now with money getting tight sometimes I'm wishing we did go to Vegas. Lol. But really it is all about what the two of you want, nobody else.

Kyovich, welcome to the SP family!!! Feel free to stop by my page, add me as a friend or just ask for support!

Hi :-) I am new to Spark. I am getting married on the 16th of January 2013. Really hoping to lose at least 10kg by then if not more :-) It has been inspiring to hear all of your stories. It is great to know that there are other people just like me out there and I look forward to getting to know you all better.

Lonimarie, My fiance and I are paying for our wedding by ourselves so I know how expensive and pressured they can be. Do what feels right for you guys :-) If you are paying for it yourselves then you may aswell pay for something that you are going to love and remember with happy memories in the years to come. It is your guys special day so dont let anyone else ruin it with their opinions :-)

We didn't blow the venue money, we just blew off going to pay it, we still have it. My family won't be attending our wedding, regardless where we have it. The only other reason we are thinking Vegas is because, we are paying for the entire wedding ourselves, and it would save money down the road.

Wow that is such a sticky situation. I am sorry that you and your future in-laws dont like each other. I am glad that you know your man well enought to know that he may end up not liking going to Vegas and getting married. However I say talk with your FI and do what You guys both want not haivng family in mind. Just curious as to why you guys cant get a big wedding even if his family isnt on board outside of the fact that you guys blew the venue money yesterday. In hind site anytime and drastic changes such as that come up table it for a day and then see if your feelings are the same. Will you family be in attendance in Vegas?

I desperately need some advice, my fiance really wants a big wedding, but his family doesn't approve of me, unless they need or want something. Lately he has been talking about, just going to Vegas (it's where we planned our honeymoon), and getting married there, and those who want to join us can. We blew off paying the deposit on our venue yesterday, in case he was somewhat serious, but I just don't know what to do. I can't stand his family as much as they can't stand me, so I'm fine with a Vegas wedding, but I know he isn't...he just wants his family to be on board, what do I do?

Good morning everyone! It is a beautiful day here and I am trying to get a lot of things off my to do list today. My fiance and I are going away tomorrow for a mini-vacation and I've got to get things packed and ready before then. We've been spending most of our summer already house hunting and wedding planning (our wedding is in October 2013 - enough time for me to get back into healthy shape before the big day). This vacation is a way to spend some much needed time together to destress.

Well, I'm off but I hope everyone has a happy, healthy day!

We went to a casino this weekend with fiance's family (torture), and right as we were about to give up for the night and go to bed, I decided I wanted to play one hit on a dollar machine...I put my dollar in and suddenly won $5...so then I decide to just play it down...I won $1000!!!! Long story short, we have some playing money to pay for the some of the wedding, and I think we are paying the deposit soon on the hall!

Welcome back Lonimarie and Mef410! I know you guys can get back in the swing of things. Just keep thinking about your big day!!!
Brittled, nice work on getting all those favors done! I still have a lot of little stuff like that to do as well. My day is October 13th 2012. I think I'm pretty much ahead of schedule with everything, but then last night I was watching Bridezillas, and I started thinking about everything I still have to do! Lol. I want to try my best not to leave anything to the last minute, that's normally why those girls freak out! Good luck everyone getting your stuff done!!

Since I finally finished school and got my fiance all moved to start his new job, I have a little time to get caught up on some wedding stuff! I realized the other day I'm about 3 months behind in the planning, but with my sprained ankle, I've been able to get caught up in a jiffy! lol I about have my wedding favors done. I made two different kinds of homemade jam that match my wedding colors. Gooseberry-Cherry, and Peach. We're having a fall wedding and I'm using all kinds of fall colors to decorate. I used tiny 1/2 cup jars. Each jar is decorated with lace around the rim and accented with ribbon and a tiny little bow. I had some ugly lace curtains that I cut to make the lace around the top, the ribbon was only 50 cents a roll, some hot glue and fabric glue made it all come together. Its very tedious and time consuming, but since doctor told me to sit with my foot elevated for three days I've been able to get over 100 jars decorated! Its a big relief to have that out of the way. I planned to do it over the winter, but it just didn't happen. I love all kinds of crafts and cooking, and doing anything else creative. I'm trying to make as much stuff for my wedding from scratch as possible. Its a lot of work, but its personal, its the way I want it, and I get to feed my creative itch. :)

I have also been away from Spark for some time now. Looking to get back and stay motivated this time. My wedding is 4 months from tomorrow and I'm still hoping to lose a good amount of weight, but I know with this time line I won't be at my ultimate goal weight. The past 2 days have gone well....under my calorie goal and worked out both days! Hoping to keep up the streak. Good Luck to everyone!

Hey everyone, after a long absence, I have returned to Spark! I'm not sure why I went away exactly, but while I was gone, I tried many different things to aid in my weight loss...not one of them worked...in fact I even gained back some of the weight I lost. My weight issues aren't the only things that changed during that time, my wedding date did as well. Instead of getting married October 6th, 2012 (at that awesome tailgate), we have decided to push the wedding back to July 6th, 2013 (that's just fun math in my opinion-get it July (7) + 6 (th) = (20)13). We moved the date mostly to save money, but the added bonus is that it gives me more time to squeeze into my wedding dress. However...I still have a massive issue with motivation (what fat person wouldn't prefer to sit on the couch and do nothing instead of working out). My diet has slightly improved, and I'm still working on getting all the junk food out, but one step at a time. I know this team (as well as many others on this site) is chock full of motivators and supporters, so I'm reaching out to all of you. Help me...please...I know most strive off of positive reinforcement...I however love the negative, it makes me work harder, so yell at me on my spark page to get up and move, sparkmail me a message about how I will never fit into my dress if I don't...whatever it takes. I've always been independent, but I've learned that doesn't work so well, so as I said before, I'm asking for help. I'm glad to be back and can't wait to reconnect with everyone again. Thanks in advance everyone!

P.S. If you wanna stalk me on facebook to make sure I'm doing what I should be, let me know.

How was everyone's day? Mine was great! We got our engagement photos taken today!! Thankfully the weather cleared up, it was pretty nasty all morning. Eek! Engagement photos! The day is getting closer and closer, it still hasn't hit me yet, probably won't until the night before. LOL

does anyone know of some good possible workouts using resistance bands that I can do while I am sitting at work? I want to at least get some toning in even while I am working. In addition to my normal daily workouts that I am beginning. I am not really concerned about the weight on the scale more the inches and toning. I am getting married in 4 months and found that all the "congrats dinners" and sweets people have given has not been kind to me. :) any suggestions help

I know how you feel, I love chocolate and beer, my two downfalls. On a good week I will try to keep my chocolate tooth at bay by having a hot drink, coffee or tea with milk and no sugar, but it is getting warmer out. I also just walk down to the gas station and allow myself one little lindt dark chocolate truffle and this usually helps. If I have the bag or box in my house the whole thing will disappear and sometime I feel like I couldn't have eaten it all because I still want more. Also my fiance has offered to keep a bag of the dove chocolates in the house and give me one sparingly here and there, but I would find it so I tell him not to. I think the trick is letting yourself have a little bit here and there. I hope this helps.

You get headaches because of the withdrawal. Soda is addicting, not just for caffeine, but for all the other bad stuff in them.
Really the only way to beat soda is to not drink and fight the 2-3 days of headaches to get over the withdrawals.
I do not drink soda, never have so I guess I cannot really relate as well as others might though.

Ok ladies I'm starting out on the website today but I have a question. My BIGGEST problem is sodas!!! I just can't seem to get rid of them and can't stand the taste of diet. Anyone else have this problem? any suggestions? Without them I have major headaches, so I tell myself just one wont hurt, but one turns it to several. I drink wayyyy more then I should and always have. It has never effected me until now.

I find it's best not to avoid something I'm craving all together, just have it in moderation. Like fatfree chocolate jello pudding with coolwhip gets me through the chocolate cravings well. When I make it I put it in individual cups so that it is portion controlled too. Or the dove dark chocolate pieces, but for those you really have to eat just one or two. emoticon

Hello ladies!
So I'm doing okay with the exercise part but the diet part is much harder! What do you ladies do when you have a craving (mine is generally CHOCOLATE)? I've read lots of fitness magazines, but hearing what "real" people do is more beneficial.

Hi all you brides! I am just checking in. My wedding is nearly 3 weeks away! Crazy. Today my FH and I did our last major thing on the todo list (flowers). Now I am just focusing on some crafts for the wedding and trying to land a job for next school year. Best wishes to all of you!

Hi Girls. Just wanted to introduce myself. I am trying to lose 10 pounds or so before my wedding in September. I am so glad there is so much support on this website, it makes it so much easier to stick with your goals.

Love conquers all things; let us too surrender to love. Omnia vincit amor: et nos cedamus amori.

drink lots of water and eat more fruits and veggies than anything, you will see your skin clear up if you have skin issues like I do and it will help reduce any bloating you have as well :)

The thing that will make us all beautiful on our wedding day is the knowlage that someone who we love loves us enough to sign up to be ours for life. I'm sure on the day you get married your happiness and joy will shine regardless of what size you are but i understand you wanting to look your best....Strength training will help tighten everything and a skin care routine will do wonders for everything from the neck up. I've also started using my wrinkle cream on the backs of my hands because everyone will be looking at my ring soon.
