Yes, there are other work outs listed on Spark. You can just type in "upper body" and you'll should get a list of things.

What I have been doing is push-ups and lifting 5 - 10 pound barbells in repetitions of 10. It really helps. I see some nice definition in my arms but not too much. I don't want to look like the Incredible Hulk! emoticon

Good luck. You definitely have the time to make a difference.

I have 11 months til my wedding, which is more than enough time if I use it wisely...but my problme area is my arms....and let's face it....your upper body is what really shows in a wedding dress. Does anyone have any good tips on what has worked for you to tone and firm up arms?
