I use a digital kitchen scale. It's one of the most important tools in my kitchen and was one of my first rewards (picked up at Aldi's) when I started SparkPeople. I use it to portion out all my food (along with a set of measuring spoons).

How do you weigh yours to get that amount? I have kitchen scales.. but they aren't that sensitive!

The smoothie I made today... well, every day this week!

80 grams spinach
140 grams frozen berry mixture
1 whole English cucumber, skin and all
2 Tablespoons flax seed meal
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
Water (at least 24 ounces) to the Max line

The large cup is filled twice.
Serves 3 people, 16 ounces each, with a little left over.

I usually juice more green with fruits and veggies but wanted a change. This is definitely a 10/10 ,,, especially if you like coffee drinks. I may try some of the different flavor syrups to see what it does. I will let you know. :)
