emoticon Same Fruit smoothie as yesterday. I did make another soup today in the Rx. Mushroom soup and it called for 2 garlic cloves. I like garlic, so I picked two big cloves. LOL Way, Way too garlicky when I ate it. Lesson learned!

1 C green lettuce leaves
.75 C fruit salad (cantaloupe, blueberries, mango & pineapple)
.5 C of sliced, seeded cucumber
.25 C avocado
.5 medium banana
10 fresh mint leaves
3 Tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice (1 lime)
1.5 C water

8/10 pleasantly surprised; I was improvising on an Alkaline smoothie recipe. The mint and lime give it a nice refreshing kick.

Banana Splash
1 med banana frozen broken in 4th
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 scoop protein powder (I used vanilla flavored)
1/2 orange, peeled and halved
1tbs white chia seed
1 C unsweetened almond milk
1/4 C ice.
Place ingredients in order given, into 24 oz Nutri Ninja Cup.
Turn on then select Nutri Ninja Auto IQ Blend.

YUMMM! 362 cal, 10 G Fiber, 4G Protein, 21 G Carb.

Found this recipe....

1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 canned pumpkin
1/4 fat free vanilla yogurt
Frozen small banana
2-3 ice cubes
pumpkin pie seasoning to taste

Very yummy! 10/10.
