Sorry I got kicked off the chat, but thanks to zoho, I followed up on the conversations. My nutrition goals this week are to track all of the food I consume, and to make healthy choices when eating out. Also I will make a meal plan for next week, and cook it all up this weekend.
My fitness goals are to get in 3 good workouts, including one with running, and rock it out with my flash mob on Thursday.
It'd be great if we could keep each other motivated throughout the week, and then check in next Sunday. :)
