Kayla are we still doing this? I know i haven't been around. I'm so sorry. We've had company or have been busy with friends the last few weekends. It's been so long I've forgotten what to do emoticon

Sorry I missed the chat! I hope you had some company. Sunday we went to dinner with our friends that are in town. It's been such a crazy crazy couple of weeks. I NEED to get back on track and back to my regular healthy routine soon. emoticon

emoticon I'm so sorry guys. We have friends in town this week. I didn't want to mess up my ROCK IT week 10 by going out with them last night so I made plans for tonight. We're meeting early but we won't get home until late. emoticon

Let me know how your chat goes. And let's plan to make next week FABULOUS. I learned a lot from this week's food blog challenge. I haven't been tracking my food diligently because I thought I was making good choices. But what I realized is that if I weren't working out everyday that I would be eating enough to gain weight emoticon Which means all my effort to workout is just helping me maintain.

So next week I will be tracking everything I eat, and taking pictures, so I see what it looks like. Hopefully it has the same effect as actually having to post them in a blog without the work. WIsh me luck! emoticon

Does anyone here do calorie cycling or zig zagging? I'm going to try and do that next week. Anyone want to join in?

I'm so sorry guys. I havent had a chance to log in. I'm not going to be able to make it tonight either. We are going to be going to a BBQ and then tomorrow another BBQ. LOL Geez, Bad food will be following me. Are you ladies free for Tuesday at 10/7pm? I was thinking we could try then?

I've been looking at tweaking things too, but never been good at following a specific plan. Really I had the most success when I tried to eat foods that were as least processed as possible ... we could talk about ideas?

Sunday is my mother-in-law's birthday, so we'll be busy too. I can do anytime on Monday if you decide to change the date. Is there a topic of discussion or something we should be trying to accomplish this week?

I'm working hard to meet my nutrient range this week. Food is my most difficult issue. I've been looking into Paleo eating plans and how they compare to the 17 Day Diet. I tried Vegetarian eating after watching Forks over knives and gained weight. emoticon

I'm pretty flexible. So just tell me when. But normally, I'm in bed in by 9. I wake up at 4 a.m. But I can stay up late once a week.

By the way, I'm in So. Nevada so it's PST for me too.

My goal is for us to meet on Sunday late afternoon/eveningish.

Our first meeting will be 8/19/12. We just need to pick the time.

Here are the two times I'm suggesting either 6pm Eastern time or 10pm Eastern time Sunday nights. What time would work best for you? I figure meeting Sundays would be best. Its the last day of most people's weekend and it can be a good foundation to help you start your week off in a good mindset.
