I'm so sorry guys. We have friends in town this week. I didn't want to mess up my ROCK IT week 10 by going out with them last night so I made plans for tonight. We're meeting early but we won't get home until late.

I haven't been tracking my food diligently because I thought I was making good choices. But what I realized is that if I weren't working out everyday that I would be eating enough to gain weight
Which means all my effort to workout is just helping me maintain.
So next week I will be tracking everything I eat, and taking pictures, so I see what it looks like. Hopefully it has the same effect as actually having to post them in a blog without the work. WIsh me luck!
