I love that Holly. When I started running I did a 5K back to back on a weekend and truly I think it kept getting harder and harder. I am going to get back to that though. I did better with the running than I have anything else. The gym has a track where i can run inside and If it's not too bad I can hit the lake road. Getting back on track today. NOVEMBER TO REMEMBER!! Thanks Enderli!!

my woohoo: I've managed to keep the weight off that i lost when i had my wisdom teeth out. its been 14 days! My goal is to keep eating like i have been and add the exercise back in slowly. I'll increase my calories if i feel the need. I'm so excited emoticon

Ok we don't have enough WooHoo's on this team, we need to work on that! My woohoo was the pride I felt when I saw my kids running their first cross country race. I'm not the fat mom anymore who sits around not doing anything. I'm the mom who encourages my kids to get active and be healthy, WOOHOO!!!

My Woo Hoo moment was when I killed my son's scooter...(see My Last Blog)
I am SOOOOOOOO happy I did, I have been riding my new scooter every day since!
I *love* it and I am so glad I found an exercise that makes me sweat & breathless without the pain. It is amazing, I can't wait to see what the next few weigh ins have in store for me.

It's so difficult to exercise when you feel joint pain(bone-on-bone) and to find something that doesn't hurt???? Priceless.

I started getting very discouraged and today I once again attempted to put on a pair of jeans I haven't been able to wear since having the baby and....they fit! Yay!! I've noticed other NSV's as well such as my endurance is greater and last night when we went out to dinner I couldn't eat near as much as I have in the past and I actually set it aside instead of forcing it down.
