I think what tends to happen is, as folks get more and more involved with SparkPeople they join teams that cater more to their personal interests and goals, and drift away from the SP Class team. It seems to be a natural evolution of Sparking. Just the same, it's nice to see folks still checking in here. I find a really good way to keep in touch with the team is to Huddle every day. If most team members do that, we can see who's still going strong.

hey everyone, sorry I have been MIA. I just moved and today we finally got the internet up. Its been a long few weeks trying to pack, move and then unpack. I have put aside eating healthy. The only good thing is lifting boxes or carrying furniture I am getting some kind of exercise in. Today I have restarted everything and got my mind set where it needs to be. Come June my boyfriend and his mother was doing a 5k. I am so excited to do this. My boyfriend might do it depending on work. I think it would be fun and a great way to exercise,

Me, too (sort of). I'm more active on the pages of teams that directly match my interests (cycling, minimalist/barefoot running, and my home state).

There seems to be very little going on here these days. Out of the thousands that joined our SP Class...has everyone quit?? I know I am not super active, but I am trying to check in several times a week, though sometimes life gets in the way.
