JULESJET, I decided that if I stick to my work out plan and my monthly budget, I will buy myself some yoga DVDs at the end of February, and free weights and a SparkPeople workout DVD at the end of March.
Good luck with your goals! I'm down 5 pounds and right now I'm maintaining. My main goal for the next few weeks is to get past week 4 on my 5k training program. I also am working on creating a workout plan/reward system for the next few months, so my goal is to complete and stick to that!

How are we all doing after close to 3 months? I thought it might be nice to have a place to put our short term goals as to where we would like to be on our journey when we hit the 3 month mark.

Weigh 159 lbs (-21 lbs with SP, -34 overall) (26.5 BMI, little closer to Normal Range) Have a 32 inch waist Have 39 inch hips Have 23 inch thighs Have 11 inch upper arms Be able to complete Week 1 of the Couch to 5K program properly Go a week without after dinner snacking.
