How are we all doing after close to 3 months?
I thought it might be nice to have a place to put our short term goals as to where we would like to be on our journey when we hit the 3 month mark.
Mine are as follows:
My goal is to:
Weigh 159 lbs
(-21 lbs with SP, -34 overall)
(26.5 BMI, little closer to Normal Range)
Have a 32 inch waist
Have 39 inch hips
Have 23 inch thighs
Have 11 inch upper arms
Be able to complete Week 1 of the Couch to 5K program properly
Go a week without after dinner snacking.
