I put 2lbs on this week. I lost 2.5 last week as I was poorly and unable to eat. Was very disappointed, but not deterred in my quest!

I stayed the same this week, which isn't surprising since I lost 3 pounds last week, and I'm still trying to get adjusted to this thing about eating more to lose weight!

Congratulations to everyone who lost this week. I stayed the same, which considering I haven't been logging and haven't been very focused, was a pleasant surprise. I did try and keep a check on things, and I'm glad it's paid off, BUT I know that if I don't get back to logging etc then I may just slip. So my goal for the next week is to ensure I log properly, even IF I've had too much!

Holding steady and working on habits...taking smaller portions and waiting to see if I am still hungry is working. I know that over time the weight will drop and overall I am definitely feeling better.

I lost 3.4 lbs! this week! Which means I've lost 10.6 lbs with SparkPeople since Nov. 14th And I've lost 23.8 lbs off my highest weight! Woohoo!
