Snowy day here, barely above freezing. Looks like this is the snow that will stay. I'm doing Teacher On Call for the senior math/physics teacher today. I know *nothing* about physics and math : O Luckily it's small classes of good kids : )

A grey, windy, cool fall day here. About half the leaves are gone from the trees. It looks like a good day to do some perennials-garden work. Or stay indoors and Spark for hours--who knows???? : )

Jules, you've been *so* faithful in your posting! Thanks, and way to go with getting back on track. I'm psyching myself up for a serious new start beginning Aug 4 and ending 10 weeks later, on my 67th birthday. Figure if I make it finite I will be more likely to stay consistent.

Okay, I am finally getting back on track and exercising again. I walked 3 miles today and I've gotten in my 8 glasses of water. But I am definitely over my calories. I'm slowly readjusting to normal portions again and attempting to snack less.

I stayed in all my food ranges today! And I got in a 3 mile walk and a 1.6 mile jogging interval lap with only one walking interval!!

Yesterday was a rest day, today I mowed the lawn, and tomorrow is a jogging intervals day!
I'm doing pretty well keeping on track with my foods, but I've been edging up to the top end of my ranges since I'm exercising more. Feeling great, though!

I've been trying to get down to 153 for almost two months now! I would reach 154 then go back up... Well guess what? I skipped right over it! I checked my weight this morning and saw 152.4!
It's not official because my weigh-in is on Sunday, but I'm so very excited!

I got in a 3 mile walk and a little over 20 minutes of jogging intervals this afternoon!
I've been enjoying new music on my player as I exercise.
I've gotten in all my water today.
I have room for a healthy snack tonight.

The weather here is psycho. It was in the 70's early last week. Then it snowed May 2 and 3. Yesterday it was in the 60's and today it should be in the 70's.

Overall I've been doing well. Ran a 5k yesterday and gearing up for finals.

A good day--chilly spring weather, but no snow : ) Bronchitis is pretty much at its peak, I think, so should start winding down soon. Way to go with the mileage, Jules, and by the looks of your new pics, you've got a pretty good handle on your calories overall too!

I've got tons of sunshine so far this week! I walked another 3 miles and did 37 minutes of jogging intervals.

I'm now trying to stick with proper portions and healthy snacks instead of eating everything in sight... exercise always makes me hungry... I went over my calories yesterday, trying not to today.

Sounds like you're doing great!

It's FINALLY spring here and I have been spending a ton of time outside, including going for a run. I've been feeling so amazing and energized lately. Not many outward changes, but I can feel myself getting healthier on the inside.

I ate well, but didn't fit in exercise, and I'm tired now. Tonight was my daughter's science fair, and I was organizing that for the school.
No plans for Sunday, but Saturday is a maple fest in our town, so maybe we'll tie in a fun day outdoors with St. Patrick's day celebrations!

No snacking after dinner time - that sounds like a challenge I need to take up. Last night I ate half a bag a gummy bears.... I'm normally pretty good, but on top of everything it just happened. Had a good day.

Managed to go to Petit Valerie (Bakery) and buy my daughter-in-law a lovely chocolate cake, and came out not having bought a 'treat' for myself.

3 mile walk, complete!
Week 4 Day One of C25K... almost completed perfectly... had to ease up 30 seconds before the last interval was complete.
Beginner's Dumbell Workout, complete!

Limited snacking!
Water intake, on track!

Today was a good day. Got up this morning and did all of my workout. Got dinner ready for me and my husband. Work has been busy all day. And now only 2 1/12 hours to go. And then I am home for the night.
