I've started walking the inside perimeter of our fenced yard area - hopefully bears, cougars, deer, dogs, etc. are on the outside! It's more like hiking than walking. Plus I'm increasing my time on the elliptical. And measuring my food!
I'm beginning to feel the changes to my body. Inches, not so much pounds (2 so far), but the improvement in the way I'm feeling tells me I'm on my way!
On my way . . . Phase II, the next 10 pounds!

My chiropractor fixed me up yesterday (don't know why I wait so long!). Have to go back on Friday. I should be feeling good enough to start with some low-impact stuff today..... but I am not going to push it. In times like this, I have learned that to move fast, ya have to start slow.
Otherwise, I've been staying on plan. Looking forward to feeling better again.
Well, I spent a lot of time defragging my brain this weekend . . .
I updated my SparkPage and set new goals in place . . .
and I'm charged and ready to go..... matter of fact, I'm already ON it!
Today I started with some weights and Bowflex then planned to start with 10 minutes on the elliptical . . . Then I decided I'd make a phone call at the same time. I got so busy talking and making plans and I ended up with more than 15 minutes!!!
